4 October 2021 — Aksu Financial Consultancy Ltd registered at Companies House (No. 13660308) with a clear thesis: one accountable consultant, fixed fees agreed up-front, deadline discipline that doesn't bend. No call centre. No offshore handoff.
Turkish-speaking entrepreneurs were navigating HMRC and Companies House without anyone explaining the system in their own language. The practice extended its full service in Türkçe — same fixed-fee model, same direct access, same on-time filings.
The practice operates with a hard cap on active clients. It is the only way to keep direct-to-Hülya access genuine. When new capacity opens, we accept by fit — not by volume. Year-to-date: 217 filings, zero penalty rate, 100% on-time HMRC submissions.

Ask Hülya directlyYes. We serve clients across the entire United Kingdom remotely using secure cloud accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent). Communication happens by email, phone or video call — most of our clients are not in Dorset. Physical meetings are available for those who do want to come into the Bournemouth office.
A UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) is a 10-digit number issued by HMRC. You need one if you are self-employed, a sole trader, a company director or you earn untaxed income such as rental income. If you don't have one yet, we guide you through registration and obtain your UTR as part of onboarding.
The online Self-Assessment deadline is 31 January each year, for the previous tax year (6 April to 5 April). Paper returns are due 31 October. Late filing automatically incurs a £100 penalty, rising over time. We recommend submitting by mid-January to avoid HMRC system congestion in the final days.
You must register for VAT once your taxable turnover exceeds £90,000 in any rolling 12-month period (2024/25 threshold). You can also register voluntarily below that, which sometimes makes sense if you reclaim significant input VAT. We advise on the most suitable scheme — Standard, Flat Rate, Cash Accounting or Annual Accounting — depending on your model.
Don't ignore it, and don't reply until you've had advice. Forward us a copy and we'll assess what action is required. As your authorised HMRC agent we can respond directly on your behalf, request extensions where appropriate, negotiate payment plans and handle enquiries professionally. Most issues are resolved without penalty when addressed promptly.
It depends on your income level, risk profile, growth plans and personal circumstances. As a general guide, a Limited company structure often becomes tax-efficient above approximately £30,000–£40,000 of annual profit — but personal circumstances vary widely (pension contributions, dividends vs. salary, IR35 status etc.). We provide a free written comparison as part of your initial consultation.

We use fixed fees agreed upfront in your engagement letter — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Fees are calculated on business complexity and the services you need. Monthly retainer arrangements are available for ongoing clients. All quotes follow a free 15-minute consultation, and fees exclude VAT.
For onboarding (UK AML requirement): photo ID such as passport or driving licence, plus proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter).
For tax return preparation: bank statements, sales invoices, expense receipts, P60 / P45 if you've been employed, dividend vouchers, mortgage interest statements for landlords, and any open HMRC correspondence. We provide a tailored document checklist after the initial consultation.
